Shane D. Williams

-

Shane David Williams, 43, passed away Friday, Jan. 15, 2021. He was born June 14, 1977, in Oklahoma City to Gary and Pamela Williams. Shane graduated from Yukon High School. He has worked as an air compressor mechanic with Air Compressor Supply for the last 15 years. Shane was full of energy and enjoyed life to the fullest. He filled his spare time working on cars, going to the lake, cheering for OSU, being an amazing Dad and loving husband. It was not wise to challenge him to a name that song/artist contest, as you would fail miserably. He was always willing to help if needed, all you had to do was ask. He was the “hostess with the mostess” and enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by friends and family, good food, and ice cold beer. He would love for all of his friends and family to do just that in his memory.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Natalie Williams; children, Riley and Brooklin Williams; parents, Gary and Pamela Williams; twin sister and brother-in-law, Heather and David Smith; his sister, Valerie Grizzelle; parents-in-law, Phillip and Reeca Young; brother-in-law, Seth Young; sister-in-law, Rachel and David Pillar; aunts and uncles, Susan and Terry Starks, Beverly Haggard, Rex and Theresa Williams, David Hensley, Paul and Lynn Hensley, and Jack Hensley; nieces and nephews, Hunter and Emmalyn Smith and their daughter Lily, Kyle Smith, Jasmine and Cory Grizzelle, Emily, Vaden, and Carter Pillar; his bros-in-the-hood; as well as numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, at Bill Merritt Funeral Service. Social distancing and face coverings required. Services will be livestreamed on Facebook @BillMerrittFuneral
