Besides Ramsey, other speakers will include Oklahoma City Police Chief Wade G our ley; the Rev. Derrick Scobey, senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Oklahoma City; and Grace Franklin, a community activist and executive director of OKC Artists for Justice.

The justice circle is composed of faith and civic leaders who come together to focus on criminal justice reform in Oklahoma.

The Rev.
