• Lincoln Development LLC paid $2,598,000 to OKC Industrial Properties LC f or 24 acres east of N Lincoln and south of NE 150 to develop into industrial lots. Gerald Gamble handled the sale. Title services provided by Oklahoma City Abstract & Title Co.

• KCDS Holdings LLC paid $4.4 million to 38th/ Santa Fe LLC f or 216,000-square-foot

Centennial Business Center, 3815 N Santa Fe Ave. The new owner will use t he warehouse and l ease the office spaces. Lori Bedford with Gerald L. Gamble Co. rep resent ed the buyer, and Brett Price with Newmark Levy Strange Beffort represented the seller. Title services were provided by First American Title Insurance Co.

• WP Land LLC, managed by Anthony Mirzaie, paid $2,487,000 to Fox wood Farms L LC, managed by Joseph Lukens of Wichita, Kansas, for 158 acres at the northeast corner of Britton and Sara roads. Gamble handled the sale. Title services provided by Chicago Title Insurance Co.

• SB and BB Investments LLC, Bruce Barkocym anager, paid $675,000 to t he Estate of Raybourn H. S miser Jr. for two 5,000-square-foot warehouses, at 1042 NW 69 and 1044 NW 69. Gamble handled the sale. Title services were provided by First American Title Insurance Co.

•KI SR Properties LLC paid $1.3 million to Toland Investments LLC and the Johnston Family for a 22- acre industrial site on the north side of Interstate 240 east of Bryant Avenue. Gamble was the sellers' agent.
