NAI Sullivan Group reports these real estate transactions:

• Moving Mountains LLC paid $1.65 million to B&B RE LLC for a 6,880-square-foot retail building at 747 Asp Ave. in Norman, for use as a restaurant and bar. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the buyer and seller.

• ECTS LLC paid $950,000 to Derick Nguyen and Ann Ngoc Nguyen for 10 acres at NW 178 and N May Avenue, for use as a residential development. Hartnack and Swanson provided brokerage services to the seller.

• Crosslands Development Co. LLC paid $570,000 to Quail Springs Land Development LLC for 1.72 acres at 15008 Gambels Trail Drive, to be developed as The Learning Experience, Academy of Early Education. Hartnack, Swanson and Wilson provided brokerage services to the buyer and seller.

• Renew Wellness and Aesthetics LLC leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at 7100 N Western Ave., Suite B-1, from Gaslight Square LLC, for use as a medical spa. Hartnack, Swanson and Wilson with NAI provided brokerage services to the landlord.

• e-tailer Inc. leased 47,593 square feet of industrial space at 6601 S Air Depot Blvd. from South Air Depot Industrial LLC, for use as frozen and refrigerated warehousing, food warehousing and e-commerce distribution. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the tenant.

• Shawnee-based Peak Fitness leased a 16,000square-foot retail space at Del Crest Shops, 4721 SE 15 from LS II Land Co. LLC. This will be Peak Fitness' second gym. Hartnack, Swanson and Wilson provided brokerage services to both the lessee and lessor.
