Homes, more, in the works at Lake Texoma
KINGSTON — Pointe Vista, a master-planned community along the Lake Texoma shoreline, is pre-selling home lots and will break ground soon
The development, initially acquired in 2007, has expanded through the years.
This 2,700-acre mixed use development with 19 miles of Lake Texoma shoreline will offer 84 single family lots featuring lakefront, lake view and golf course options on Reflection Pointe. The development also includes 58 town home and condo residences with lakefront and hilltop options at Bridge Pointe.
“Over 6 million visitors come to Lake Texoma annually. We are committed to investing in this community and making Lake Texoma a top attraction in the region,” said Grant Speakes, COO at Pointe Vista. “Currently, major engineering and infrastructure work is underway throughout the property with dirt work to begin this month.”
Eleven phases of development are mapped out for the area over the coming years, with the current phase focused on residential living.
At completion, the project will be a tourist attraction with a resort hotel and convention center, casino, a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, waterfront housing and a 900-slip marina. Pointe Vista will include more than 2,100 homes at completion.
“This development has been in the works for many years, and we’re excited to see it come to fruition,” Speakes said.
“Pointe Vista will be a resort community with yearround activities for residents, from a Caribbean Lagoon Hotel and Chickasaw Nation casino to a Championship golf course and more.”
The residential community will offer gated security, a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, cleaning service, lawn maintenance and access to boat docks. Lots on Reflection Pointe range from $175,000 to $1.1 million and include a wide range of sizes, locations and water views with ownership all the way to the water.
Bridge Pointe town homes and condos, also with gated security, will offer carefree living for individuals with active lifestyles. Prices start at $300,000.
