Tigers at RAYS, late: Yandy Díaz hit a leadoff home run and Mike Zunino later connected, reliever Dietrich Enns pitched four solid innings and the AL East-leading Tampa Bay Rays beat the Detroit Tigers 5-2 on Thursday night.

Phillies at METS, late: Bryce Harper doubled to start a seven-run, gametying rally in the fourth inning, drove in the go-ahead run in the sixth and sealed the Phillies’ 17-8 win over the Chicago Cubs on Thursday.

Pirates at MARLINS, late: Tyler Mahle cruised through six innings, Asdrúbal Cabrera hit a go-ahead, pinch-hit sacrifice fly in the seventh, and the Cincinnati Reds avoided a three-game sweep by edging the Pirates 1-0 on Thursday.

White Sox at RANGERS, late: Alex Cobb pitched five scoreless innings, Luis Rengifo and Jose Rojas hit home runs, and the Los Angels Angels coasted to a 9-3 win over the Chicago White Sox on Thursday.
