BIG ALL-CITY BOYS BASKETBALL FIRST TEAM

Brandon Garrison, Del City

6-foot-9 | Forward | Junior The story: Garrison was a big reason why Del City finished runner-up in Class 5A. He was named firstteam All-Conference in the Suburban Conference in addition to Defensive Player of the Year. Garrison averaged 13 points per game, 10 rebounds and 1.4 blocks.

Terry McMorris, Del City

6-foot-6 | Guard | Junior The story: McMorris was another pivotal piece for Del City’s run to the Class 5A state championship game. He garnered firstteam All-Conference honors while scoring 13 points per game along with 7.6 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.3 assists.

JV Seat, Edmond Memorial

6-foot-3 | Guard | Senior The story: Seat led the Bulldogs back into the state tournament while averaging 19.4 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. The Abilene Christian signee also earned MVP of the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference and won Oklahoma’s Gatorade Player of the Year honors.

Jacobi Sebock, Midwest City

6-foot-5 | Guard | Senior The story: Sebock broke out as one of the state’s best players for the Bombers. He guided Midwest City back into the state tournament and averaged 16 points and seven rebounds per game while earning MVP honors of the Big 8 Conference.

Dylan Warlick, Edmond North

6-foot-5 | Forward | Sophomore The story: Warlick guided the Huskies to the Class 6A state title, earning MVP honors in the Class 6A state tournament, where he averaged a double-double. He also earned Offensive Player of the Year in the Central Oklahoma Athletic Conference, averaging 20 points and 10 rebounds per contest with 2.0 assists and 1.5 blocks.

Coach of the Year: Scott Norris, Edmond North

The story: Norris helped lead the young Huskies to the Class 6A state title, starting three underclassmen. After losing four starters off last season’s state semifinal team, Norris retooled the lineup, building around Warlick, and Edmond North became dominant as the season went on.
