WEATHERFORD - Tommy Randolph Tedder, age 79, passed Sunday, March 20, 2022 in Henderson, Nev. following a brief illness. His wife, Barbara, two daughters, Toby and Tory, and step-daughter, Leah were by his side. Tom was born July 2, 1942, in Pampa, Tex. To James D. and Addie Bea (Mantooth) Tedder. He grew up in Weatherford, Okla. graduating from high school in 1960. He later received his BS is Business from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1972. Tom worked in many industries starting as a bible salesman, then insurance, and men’s clothing but found his true love in the oil business and later commercial real estate. As a true people person, he was a natural salesman and never met a stranger. Tom loved life. He was an avid boater, loved skiing and golfing, and had lately discovered a love of RVing with Barbara. He was a terrible driver—too busy pointing out hawks, cows, and anything of interest to pay much attention to the road. He luckily had good reflexes. Tom was an Oklahoma Sooners fan through and through. Sooner born and Sooner bred and when I die, I’ll be Sooner dead. Rah Oklahoma, Rah Oklahoma, Rah Double T.
