Norman Volunteer Mediators recognized

NORMAN — The city of Norman Volunteer Mediators were recognized in November at Municipal Court for their time and commitment to Norman’s Early Settlement Program. Mediators provide a safe and supportive space where all parties can express their perspectives and concerns freely in confidential environment. They complete specialized training and are certified by the Administrative Directors of the Courts to volunteer in this capacity. For more information, call 405-2177750.

Rick Muncrief, president and CEO of Devon Energy, has been awarded the esteemed 2023 Distinguished Service Award by the Texas Oil and Gas Association (TXOGA) during its Lone Star Energy Forum.

The Distinguished Service Award is one of the oldest and most prestigious honors bestowed on members in the industry with visionary leadership, forward-thinking strategies, commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
