Tulsa food hall is best in US for 2nd year running

For the second year, Tulsa’s Mother Road Market has been named the nation’s best food hall according to USA TODAY’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

The food hall, 1124 S Lewis Ave. in Tulsa, along historic Route 66, is known as Oklahoma’s first food hall and opened in November 2018.

Vendors at Mother Road Market include 2024 James Beard semifinalist Alexandre Figueira’s, Brazilian-inspired Doctor Kustom, and cuisines including sushi, burgers, Cajun, and even a plant based option.

The food is only one part of the attraction at Mother Road Market though, because there are also shops and non-food vendors waiting inside.
