Thursday, Aug. 22: Laura E. Selvidge, 29, of Rome, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Thursday, Aug. 22: A 16-year-old from Lee was charged with assault with intent to cause serious physical injury. Thursday, Aug. 22: Phoebe C. Moore, 54, of Ilion, was charged with maneuverin­g, selling or possessing prescripti­on controlled substance, falsifying business records and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Thursday, Aug. 22: Ray O. Kenyon, 24, of Clinton, was charged with an equipment violation, a license plate violations, driving while ability impaired by alcohol and driving while intoxicate­d. Wednesday, Aug. 21: Edward T. Seymour, 53, of Cleveland, was charged in Vienna with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08of one percent and driving while intoxicate­d. Wednesday, Aug. 21: Robert C. Parow, 71, of Bouckville, was charged with first-degree sex abuse and endangerin­g an incompeten­t person. Wednesday, Aug. 21: Jeffrey Hartwell, 29, of Earlville, was charged with growing cannabis.

Oneida City Police

Friday, Aug. 23: Jenna L. Brockhum, 22, of Kemble Street in Utica, was charged with false personatio­n. She allegedly provided a false name, date of birth and address to police to avoid being arrested on a warrant. She is scheduled to appear in Oneida City Court on Aug. 30.

Thursday, Aug. 22: Ethel J. Blasko, 50, of Madison Street in Oneida was charged with disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear in Oneida City Court on September 6.

Wednesday, Aug. 21: Joseph J. Ambs, 26, of Deveraux Street in Oneida was charged with disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in Oneida City Court on Aug. 30.

Wednesday, Aug. 21: Kristina M. Lawler, 29, of Madison Street in Oneida was charged with: third-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment. Lawler allegedly damaged another person’s property, pushed another person to the floor and kicked them in the chest, head and abdomen. Lawler was also arrested on a warrant for charges of: driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, seconddegr­ee aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed in zone. She was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of bail set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in Oneida City Court on Aug. 23.

Wednesday, Aug. 21: Mary J. Coonrod, 18; Alicia A. Coonrod, 25and Sara L. Sims, 18, all of Madison Street in Oneida, were each charged with one count disorderly conduct. Allegedly, at 11:22p.m. on Madison Street, they yelled and used obscene language while police were investigat­ing another call on the street. They continued yelling and swearing after being warned and refused to leave the area.
