Saturday, July 23: A 16-year-old Oneida male was charged with seconddegree harassment. Friday, July 22: Caroline L. Joslyn, 58, of Oneida, was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest. Friday, July 22: A 14-yearold female, of Oneida, was charged with criminal mischief. Friday, July 22: Brian K. Clark, 52, of Syracuse, was arrested on a bench warrant charging him with failure to appear and failure to pay restitution.
