Sandra A. Ciani, 59, of Oneida

ONEIDA>> Sandra A. Ciani, 59, Mac Arthur Parkway, died Monday evening, Sept. 26, 2016 at the home of her daughter in Vernon, surrounded by her family.

Born in Canastota, on Jan. 1, 1957, she was a daughter of John W. and Joyce Dibble Lockhart. A lifelong resident of the area, Sandra was educated in Oneida schools. She was of the Christian faith. Surviving are her husband, Donald Ciani; her mother, Joyce Lockhart of Wampsville; her two daughters and sonsin-law, Sandra and Daniel Davis of Vernon and Marion and David Barbano II of Oneida; her son and daughter-in-law, Danield P. and Heather Harp of Hannibal; her three sisters, Donna Myers of Roseboro, N.C., Joyce and her husband, Michael Kanasola of Blossvale and Naomi Harrison-Gagnon of Rome; her two brothers, Robert Lockhart of Blossvale and Jack Lockhart of Vienna; her seven grandchildren, Matthew Harp, Mycale Kimball, Bryan Bernet, Breanna Thomas, Taylor Thomas, Hailey Harp and Savannah Harp; her two great-grandchildren, Laikyn Harp and Xavier Bernet; her two dogs, Samantha and Zena; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a grandson, Logan Harp, in 2005 and her father, John Lockhart.

Funeral services will be held 3 p.m., Sunday from the Campbell-Dean Funeral Home, Inc., 260 Main St., Oneida, with the Rev. Steven James, officiating. Interment will be made, at the convenience of the family, in Glenwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, 1-3 p.m., Sunday, prior to the funeral service.
