National Employment Awareness Month
In recognition of National Disabilities Employment Awareness Month, Cazenovia College and The Arc of Madison Cortland will present the awardwinning documentary, “Keeper of the Kohn,” at Catherine Cummings Theatre on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m.
The film will be followed by a panel discussion on the benefits of including people with disabilities in the workplace.
The panel will include the film’s director, David Gaynes; Everett Gaut, utility worker, Cazenovia College; Mary Handley, Cazenovia College professor and program director, human services; Kevin Johnson, Cazenovia College lacrosse coach; and Jim Thompson, director of vocational services, The Arc of Madison Cortland.
