Library will celebrate Recycling Day

CANASTOTA>> Canastota Public Library will celebrate “America Recycles” Day on Tuesday, Nov. 15 by joining forces with the Madison County Department of Solid Waste to recycle Styrofoam. Clean, white, Number 6 Styrofoam including packing material, white egg cartons, clean take-out cartons, clean cups and clean white meat trays will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the library. Packing peanuts and soiled Styrofoam containers cannot be accepted. For more information, contact the library at (315) 697-7030.
