Calendar sales to benefit Humane Society

ROME >> The Humane Society of Rome is selling its inaugural issue of “The FINE and the FURRY” 2017 calendar. Each month features a community member paired with a rescue animal. All money raised will benefit The Humane Society of Rome’s General Fund, which pays for the daily expenditures of the shelter including food, medicine, treat- ment and recovery therapy for animals. Calendars will be in limited production and available for preorder prior to the Nov. 1 release date. After Nov. 1, calendars will be available for purchase online or at the shelter.
