Friday, Oct. 28: Derek J. Csendom, 29, of Earlville, driving while intoxicated-previous conviction, speeding, and refusal to take a breath test. Friday, Oct. 28: Joanne M. DiPietro, 61, of Syracuse, was charged with driving while intoxicated-first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08or greater. Friday, Oct. 28: Michael J. Voce, of Sylvan Beach, was charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest. Thursday, Oct. 27: Walter F. Smith, 49, of Florence, was charged in Sylvan Beach with driving while intoxicated-first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08or greater.

Sunday, Oct. 23: Michael D. Bielby, 60, of Oneida, was charged with operating with a suspended registration.

Saturday, Oct. 22: Desarae E. Webb, 23, of Oneida, was arrested on a warrant charging her with petit larceny.

Saturday, Oct. 22: William G. Hook, 41, and Jennifer L. Hook, 39, of Canastota, were charged with petty larceny.

Saturday, Oct. 22: Aaron B. Duncan, 43, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine on an original charge of thirddegree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Oct. 22: Holly A. Weisbrod, 30, of Canastota, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operator.
