Request for Horse Supplies

CAZENOVIA>> The Haven at Skanda is now accepting requests for horse supplies, including heated water buckets, blankets, and feed, from horse owners who need assistance caring for their horses in the winter months.

Each year, The Haven at Skanda runs the Horses for the Holidays donation drive to collect new and gently used horse supplies through donation boxes placed in stores, schools, and community centers throughout Central New York. Horse owners who need assistance are encouraged to contact Marion Secor at (315) 815-5056 or at marion@thehavenatskanda.org to request supplies. All requests are kept confidential.

The Haven at Skanda provides a home to rescued horses, rescued farm animals, and endangered species. The organization is run totally by volunteers, so all tax-deductible donations go directly to buying food, bedding, and veterinary care for the animals.
