Blotter Correction

On Thursday, Feb. 9, the Dispatch incorrectly listed Brett E. Merrell, 20, of Canastota, in the police blotter as being charged with DWI, speeding, failure to keep right, changing lanes when hazardous, and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol con- tent of .08 of 1 percent.

That is incorrect. The blotter item should have read: Brett E. Merrell, 20, of Canastota, was charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
