Thursday, March 2: Damien L. Wright, 20, of Madison, was sentenced by Judge Dennis K. McDermott to time served in Madison County Jail, 3 years pribation, and $1,310 in restitution and fees after pleading guilty on March 2 to second-degree criminal trespassing, a class A misdemeanor, for an incident that occurred that on occurred on Nov. 19, 2016in the Town of Madison. Wednesday, March 1: Steven J. Angle, 26, of Cazenovia, was sentenced by Judge Patrick J. O’Sullivan to 6months incarceration to be served in the Madison County Jail, 5years probation, and $50in fees after pleading guilty on Feb. 10to second-degree attempted burglary, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Jan. 22, 2016in the Town of Smithfield.
