ONEIDA >> Jennah S. Jbarah, 4, daughter of Shadi Jbarah and Diala S. Karadsheh, Broad Street, died early Friday morning, March 17, 2017, in the Golisano Childrens Hospital at Upstate, Syracuse, after bravely fighting a battle with childhood cancer for 19 months.

Born in Oneida on May 13, 2012, Jennah was a preK student at St. Patrick’s School.

She attended St. Patrick’s Church and loved music, dance, Snow White and her favorite movie, “Frozen.” During her illness, Jennah missed school and some of her favorite activities with her best friends, Tiah and Talia, and her brother, Jude, and his best friend, Tarek.

Surviving are her parents, Shadi and Diala; her brother, Jude; her two grandmothe­rs; and her several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday from St. Patrick’s Church, Oneida, where the funeral Mass will be co-celebrated by the Revs. Saba Shofany and Richard Kapral. Interment will be made in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
