Linda P. Rich, 66, of Casselberry, Fla.

CASSELBERRY, FLA. >> Linda P. Rich, 66, of Casselberry, Fla. passed away peacefully at her home on Jan. 21, 2017.

She was born in Oneida, N.Y. to Arthur and Adelaide Peckham on March 27, 1950.

She met her husband of 44 years, Charles, at Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, N.Y. Charles and Linda married in 1972 and resided in Rochester, N.Y. until moving to Casselberry, Fla. in 1977.

Together they raised two delightful children, Michael and Arthur.

Linda devoted her life to raising her sons and caring for her family and close friends. Linda was an active member of Community United Methodist Church, where she sang in the choir.

She also volunteered at Florida Hospital Altamonte. Linda confronted challenges in her life with bravery and perseverance. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

Linda was preceded in passing by her father, Arthur, and her daughter, Heather.

She is survived by her husband, Charles; sons, Michael (Nicole) and Arthur (Kirsten); mother, Adelaide; brother, Benjamin Peckham (Sue); grandchildren, Grace and Zachary; sister-in-law, Susan Marks (Bruce); nephews, Stephen Marks (Julie) and Benjamin Peckham Jr., as well as many other relatives and friends she considered dear.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 8 at Stockbridge Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Community United Methodist Church, 4921 S. US Hwy 17-92, Casselberry, Fla. 32707.
