Thursday, April 13: Patrick R. Bethmann, 48, of Manlius, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating without an ignition interlock device, speeding, and unlicensed operator.

Wednesday, April 12: Robert W. Holmes III, 37, of Oneida, was arrested on a superior court warrant charging him with failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree burglary.
