He struck out nine while Noah Barker went 3-for-3with two doubles and three RBI in the win. BROOKFIELD 9, HAMILTON 7 >> The Emerald Knights rallied for three runs in the top of the seventh but couldn’t complete the comeback, falling on the road.

ONEIDA 11, CENTRAL VALLEY ACADEMY 1 >> Kyra Shlotzhaue­r tossed a threehitte­r with 11 strikeouts to earn the win in the circle while also going 3-for-4 with four RBI. Brianna Laureti went 4-for-4 in the victory with two RBI while teammate Lauren Skibitski went 2-for-3 with a double and a triple. NEWHARTFOR­D 13, VERNONVERO­NA-SHERRILL 5 >> McK- (9 INNINGS) >> The Blue Devils pulled in front with a run in the top of the seventh but surrendere­d a run in the bottom of the frame and the hosts scored again in the ninth for the walk-off win. WEST CANADA VALLEY 15, MORRISVILL­E-EATON2>> Taylor Zaino doubled, homered and drove in three runs for the visitors in the victory.

NEW HARTFORD 4, VERNONVERO­NA-SHERRILL 3 >> The Red Devils took two of the three doubles points and Brandon Lallier added a 6-1, 6-3 victory in fourth singles but it wasn’t enough to pull out the victory. MORRISVILL­E-EATON 3, LITTLEFALL­S2>> M-E swept the singles points to pull out the narrow victory, including a 6-0, 6-1 win by Dylan Stoddard in first singles.
