WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. >> Madison County Court handed out the following sentences between May 8 and May 17. Wednesday, May 17: Kenneth D. Watt, 57, of Hamilton, was sentenced by Judge Patrick J. O’Sullivan to one year conditional discharge, $2,083.71 in fees and restitution, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on May 17 to second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor, for an incident that occurred on March 22, 2016in the Village of Hamilton. Tuesday, May 16: James S. Gorman, 25, of Hamilton, was sentenced by Judge Dennis K. McDermott to two weekends of incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail, five years probation, $1,700in fines and fees, an alcohol abuse program, ignition interlock, and a victim panel, after pleading guilty on March 7to aggravated driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on March 27, 2016in the Town of Eaton. Tuesday, May 16: David A. Perez, 29, of Cazenovia, was sentenced by Judge Donald F. Cerio to one year incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail and $375in fines and fees after pleading guilty on September 27, 2016to failure to report change of address as a sex offender, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred between January 27and March 10, 2015in the Town of Smithfield. Monday, May 15: Kenneth C. Lints, 28, of Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick J. O’Sullivan to one-and-ahalf to three years incarceration to be served in state prison, $2,375in fees and restitution, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on May 15to third- degree attempted burglary, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on July 20, 2016in the City of Oneida. Thursday, May 11: Desarae E. Webb, 24, of Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis K. McDermott to four weekends of incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail, five years probation, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on May 11 to seconddegree attempted robbery, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on December 18, 2016in the City of Oneida. Monday, May 8: Joel W. Bugbee, 28, of North Brookfield, was sentenced by Dennis K. McDermott to two years probation, $60 in fees and restitution, and an order of protection, after pleading guilty on May 12 to second-degree criminal trespassing, a class A misdemeanor, for an incident that occurred on February 5, 2016in the Town of Brookfield.
