Rome Memorial Hospital recognizes staff achievement during National Hospital Week.
ROME, N.Y. » During National Hospital Week, Rome Memorial Hospital honored its Employees of the Year for demonstrating customer service characteristics that enhance patient satisfaction and promote positive peer relationships.
President/Chief Executive Officer David Lundquist praised the Employees of the Year for “their commitment to the hospital and going the extra mile for our patients and their co-workers each and every day.”
“The employees of Rome Memorial Hospital are a great team who believes in our mission to provide quality healthcare with compassion,” he said. “Each of our Employees of the Year are leaders
by example who have taken ownership within their areas of expertise to make the hospital a special place for each patient who puts their health care in our hands.”
Nominated by co-workers, patients, families or physicians, the Employees of the Year were honored for exemplary demonstration of the C.A.R.E. prin- ciples of courtesy, attitude, respect and enthusiasm.
