Rooney, 21, of Sprakers, was charged in Columbia with driving while intoxicated. Monday, June5: David J. Gresack, 22, of Holland Patent, was chargedwith seconddegree harassment, Sunday, June4: Robert D. Walls, 20, of Herkimer was chargedwith second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing, and criminal

mischief.

Friday, May19: Jeremy J. Moose, 32, of Marcy, was charged in Marcy with firstdegree possession of dangerous contraband in prison and seventh-degree criminal posession of a controlled substance.
