WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. » Madison County Court handed out the following sentences from Wednesday, Aug. 2 to Thursday, Aug. 10.

Thursday, Aug. 10

Elmo A. James, 51, of Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan to six months incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, three years of conditiona­l discharge, $312.50 in fines and restitutio­n, and an order of protection, after pleading guilty to third-degree robbery, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Friday, April 21 in the City of Oneida.

Monday, Aug. 7

Christina M. Taiwo, 46, of Hamilton, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott to four years probation, $1,570 in fines and fees, and ignition interlock, a victim impact panel, and a drinking driver program, after pleading guilty on Aug. 17, 2016 to aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on March 29, 2016 in the Town of Hamilton.

Eric D. McCoy, 41, of Bridgeport, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott to four weekends of incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, five years of probation, $1,570 in fines and fees, and ignition interlock, after pleading guilty on Wednesday, May 24 to driving while intoxicate­d for an incident that occurred on March 8, 2016 in the Town of Lenox.

Jesse N. Marion, 35, of Baldwinsvi­lle, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott to one to three years incarcerat­ion to be served in State Prison and $550 in fines and fees after pleading guilty on Monday, May 22 to first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony, and operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeano­r, for an incident that occurred Thursday, March 23 in the Town of Lenox.

Adam R. Boyce, 30, of Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott to seven years of incarcerat­ion to be served in State Prison, five years of post release supervisio­n, $50 in fees, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on Tuesday, Feb. 21 to seconddegr­ee assault, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 18, 2016.

Daniel M. Thorp, 36, of Florence, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott to six months incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, five years probation and $350 in fees after pleading guilty on Thursday, Feb. 16 to firstdegre­e offering a false instrument to file. Thursday, Aug. 3

Tyler M. Judd, 47, of Bridgeport, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan to 49 days of incarcerat­ion, time served, and 10 years probation, $1,375 in fines and fees, and sex offender registrati­on, after pleading guilty onMay 25 to promoting a sexual performanc­e by a child less than 17 years of age, a class E felony, for incidents that occurred between Jan. 26 and April 7, 2017 in the Town of Sullivan.

Floyd V. Curtis, Jr., 30, of Munnsville, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan to one-and-a-half to three years incarcerat­ion to be served in State Prison and $430 in restitutio­n after pleading guilty on Thursday, Aug. 3 to third-degree attempted robbery, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on December 19, 2016 in the City of Oneida.

Joshua A. Diable, 21, of Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott to one to three years incarcerat­ion to be served in State Prison, eight years post release supervisio­n and $50 in fees after pleading guilty on July 17 to sex offender registry violation, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on May 3, 2017 in the City of Oneida.
