Strawberry Fields brings Beatles to life
Strawberry Fields will perform in the Oneida High School auditorium on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

All well-noted musicians in their own right, these four Beatles fans have united to create an acclaimed musical and acting performance that will take the audience right back to the 1960s and the era of the British Invasion.
In 1964, the first U.S. arrival of four lads from Liverpool impacted music history for generations. The Beatles’ contribution to music defined an era. They affected every area of life including fashion, hairstyles, politics, protests, war and religion.
Strawberry Fields is a band featuring look-alike performers who sound just like the Fab Four and play Beatles music on vintage instruments. The band is dedicated to bringing the audience as close to a real Beatles concert as possible.
The concert will include renditions of songs throughout the Beatles’ career, including “Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” the “White Album,” “Abbey Road” and “Let It Be.”
Strawberry Fields has been performing to audi- ences of all ages for more than a decade and in the past has shared the stage with featured guests from the Broadway cast of Beatlemania: Steve Holly, drummer for Paul McCartney who was featured on his second solo album, “Back To The Egg”; Billy J. Kramer (one of Brian Epstein’s original British Invasion stars); Tony Sheridan, who recorded an entire album with The Beatles; and Pete Best, who was, early in their careers, the drummer of The Beatles.
