Hubbard, 40, of Remsen, was charged in Trenton with driving while intoxicated, operation of amotor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08of 1%, failure to stop at a stop sign, unsafe turn/fail to signal, speeding, and an equipment violation. Friday, Nov. 10: Monika E. Story, 57, of Poland, was charged in Trenton with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. Thursday, Nov. 9: Nicole N. Laufer, 37, of Oneida, was charged in Canastotawith seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Thursday, Nov. 9: JoanM. Fusco, 43, of Oneida, was charged in Canastota with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of amotor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, and a motor vehicle violation. Thursday, Nov. 9: Nathan R. Oakley, 21, of Chittenango, was charged in Wampsville with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana, andamotor vehicle violation. Wednesday, Nov. 8: Romanzo O. Brown, 28, of Verona, was charged in Verona with criminal mischief and acting in a manner injurious to a child. Thursday, Oct. 26: Christopher M. Fuller, 23, of Otselic, was charged in Eaton with second-degree harassment.
