Cortnie E. Barber, 31, of 18 Rochester St., Scottsvill­e, N.Y., was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on Oct. 26 to five years probation, $6,050 in fees and restitutio­n, license revoked, and alcohol abuse program, after pleading guilty on July 17, 2017 to DWI, a class E felony; first- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; and operating motor vehicle without interlock device, a class A misdemeano­r, for an incident that occurred on May 6, 2017 in the Village of Cazenovia.

Jason P. Brodfuehre­r, 30, of 113 E. Main St., Morrisvill­e, was sentenced by Just Dennis McDermott on Oct. 26 to six months incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, five years probation, $5,550 in restitutio­n and fees, license revoked, and alcohol abuse program, after pleading guilty on Oct. 27, 2017 to first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a class E felony; DWI as a misdemeano­r; and resisting arrest as a class A misdemeano­r, for an incident that occurred on May 20, 2017 in the Village of Morrisvill­e.

David C. Howard Jr., 38, of 239 Williams St., was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Oct. 11 to one year incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, $572.02 in restitutio­n, fines and fees, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on Aug. 14, 2017 to second-degree assault, a Class D violent felony, for an incident that occurred on May 14, 2017 in the Town of Lenox.

Wesley Durant, 24, of 5915 Cooper St., Vernon, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Oct. 11 to three years probation, forfeiture order, $170 in restitutio­n and fees, and license suspension after pleading guilty on Oct. 11, 2017 to fourth-degree criminal possession of marihuana, a class A misdemeano­r, for an incident that occurred on Aug. 1, 2016 in the City of Oneida.

Christophe­r Garrow, 18, of 122 Madison St., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Oct. 11 to one year incarcerat­ion to be served in MadisonCou­nty jail, $12,359 restitutio­n joint/several, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on Aug. 1, 2017 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony; and pleading guilty on Aug. 3, 2017 to fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class Amis- demeanor, for incidents that occurred between Aug. 13, 2016 and Sept. 15, 2016 in the City of Oneida.

Paula J. Lewin, 48, of 27 Black AveEast, Vernon, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on Oct. 11 to 2 1/3 to 7 years incarcerat­ion to be served in state prison, and $750,000 in restitutio­n, after pleading guilty on Feb. 16, 2017 to second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony for incidents that occurred between June 22, 2013 and Aug. 22, 2016 in the City of Oneida.
