HAMILTON 69, DERUYTER 63 » After taking a 39-33 lead into the halftime intermission, the Hamilton Emerald Knights survived a gamehigh 22 points from Frank Glisson and 19 more points from Louie Glisson to escape with a 69-63 win. Trevor Dow netted 20 points for Hamilton and teammate Sean Hunt added 14 as Tom Blackford’s Hamilton side improved to 10-2on the year.

20 » Madison grabbed a 30-2 lead over Otselic Valley and never looked back en route to a 92-20 win. Jordan Ferguson netted 15 points and Eric Eaton notched 11 in the Blue Devilwin. SpencerHaviland led Madison and all scorers with 20 points on the night, while Tanner Costa paced Otselic Valley with eight points.

CANASTOTA3, CHITTENANGO 0» Canastota took down Chittenango in three straight games on Tuesday, buoyed by solid performances from Sam Cesario and Ian Torkelson. Cesario set his teammates up with 18 assists on the evening, while Torkelson crushed 18 kills in the (25-13, 25-16, 25-19) win. Seth Spurgeon paced the Bears with four kills and eight digs in the loss. With the win, Canastota moves to 6-0 on the season.

Sydney Pellman posted nine aces, Megan Mayer put home eight kills and Tiffany Scofield dished out 11 assists as the Bears improved to 13-1 on the season.

Madison’s Kayla Usborne netted a game-high 26 points in the loss for Payge Lehman’s squad, who remainedwithin striking distance throughout the first three quarters of play. Oriskany was able to pull away from Madison for the 67-57win, outscoring the Blue Devils 19-9 in the final quarter. WILLIAMSTOWN46 » Oneida was too much for AltmarParish-Whitestown on Monday as Katie Nestler’s side raced out to 39-14 lead at the halftime break. Lauren Skibitski netted a gamehigh 21 points, Ella Rainbow added 16 points, and Sydney Lusher dished out nine assists as Oneida ran away with a 76- 40 win. The win moves Oneida to 10-2 on the season heading into a pivotal matchup with Vernon-Verona-Sherrill on Wednesday.
