Friday, Feb. 16: Christopher D. Raineri, 29, of Oneida, was charged in Morrisville with an equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol cotent level of .08of 1%, and driving while intoxicated.
Thursday, Feb. 15: Douglas D. Cleveland, 35, of Little Falls, was charged in Manheim with second-degree harassment and criminal mischief.
Thursday, Feb. 15: Kristin L. Warner, 28, of Chittenango, was charged in Sullivan with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, unauthorized colored lights on a vehicle, and a license plate violation.
Wednesday, Feb. 14: Andrew J. Thayer, 36, of Remsen, was charged in Schuyler with second-degree criminal contempt. Wednesday, Feb. 14: Holly L. Gilboy, 33. of Rome, was charged in Oneida with injuring, torturing, or not feeding an animal.
Wednesday, Feb. 14: David P. Payne, 33, of Syracuse, was charged in Lenox with third-degee aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, controlled substance in a non original container, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, unsafe tires, and a motor vehicle license violation.
Sunday, Feb. 11: Jesse A. Scherl, 26, of Munnsville, was charged with second-degree harassment.
