Prudential Financial establishing roots
Prudential on Main Street in Oneida has been open for a month and is looking forward to helping the city.

Financial advisors Elizabeth Tompkins and John Turner at Prudential have been in the industry for more than five years and have an array of clientele in Madison and Oneida counties.
Working as partners in their new office on Main Street, which opened last month, they both look forward to growing local roots in Oneida.
“We help with the cornerstones of your financial well being,” Tompkins said. “We’re starting up here and building the clientele in Oneida. We’re looking forward to growing and helping Oneida.”
As financial advisors, Turner and Tompkins help individual clients and businesses manage their assets, whatever they may be.
Turner said that on the business side, they cover everything from employee benefits, 401k accounts, key person insurance, buy and sell agreements, asset protection and key person insurance.
Tompkins stressed they don’t just handle business accounts but also handle individual investments, re
tirement plans and disability income insurance, long term care insurance.
“Our goal as financial advisors are to help you build a sound financial life,” Tompkins said.
Turner and Tompkins are confident they’ll still be in Oneida five years from now and hope that within a couple years, they’ll be expanding and hiring onnewpeople.
