Sunday, March 4: Stacey L. Tennant, 33, of Rome, was charged in Cazenovia with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Sunday, March 4: Harry H. Lamb, 53, of Canastota, was charged in Nelson with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owners consent. Sunday, March 4: Austin L. Wall, 33, of Chittenango, was charged in Sullivan with second-degree aggravated harassment. Sunday, March 4: A seventeen-year-old, of Canastota, was charged in Lenox with second-degree criminal contempt and criminal mischief.
