Monday, March 5: Jamie L. Thierry, 25, of Frankfort, was charged in Schuyler with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content level of .08of 1% and driving while intoxicated. Sunday, March 4: Stacey L. Tennant, 33, of Rome, was charged in Cazenovia with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Sunday, March 4: Harry H. Lamb, 53, of Canastota, was charged in Nelson with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, third-degree fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owners consent. Sunday, March 4: Austin L. Wall, 33, of Chittenango, was charged in Sullivan with second-degree aggravated harassment. Sunday, March 4: A seventeen-year-old, of Canastota, was charged in Lenox with second-degree criminal contempt and criminal mischief.

Saturday, March 3: Matthew E. Carbone, 28, of New Hartford, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and unsafe turn or failure to signal. Wednesday, Feb. 28: Joshua M. Russell, 25, of Canastota, was charged with first-degree harassment and fourth-degree stalking. Wednesday, Feb. 28: A seventeen-year-old, of Blossvale, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and seconddegree harassment.
