Thursday, April 12: Jennifer S. Shelter, 34, of Chittenango, was arrested on a bench warrant for the previous charges of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny. Wednesday, April 11: Charles A. Haldenwang, 32, of Oneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate lights. Wednesday, April 11: Kelly L. Bouyea, 40, of Canastota, was charged with speeding and driving with a suspended registration. Wednesday, April 11: Eric J. Mahler, 18, of Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Tuesday, April 10: Joshua L. Joslyn, 32, of Oneida, was charged with petty larceny. Monday, April 9: Fernando T. Reynolds, 30, of Sylvan Beach, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Monday, April 9: A seventeen-year-old, of Verona, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Saturday, April 7: Jessica M. Walker, 40, of Oneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation a motor vehicle and failure to obey a traffic control device. Saturday, April 7: Mark S. Durham, 25, of Norfolk, was arrested on an arrest warrant on the previous charges of first-degree robbery, seconddegree robbery, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree Friday, April 6: Elijah D. Johnson, 22, of Rome, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
