WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. » The following are court sentences handed down in Madison County Court.

Alex J. King, 22, of, 647 Manor Drive, Chittenang­o, was sentenced by Judge Dennic McDermott on April 25, 2018, to 4 months intermitte­nt incarcerat­ion, $814 in restitutio­n, fees and surcharge, after pleading guilty on March 12, 2018 to thirddegre­e burglary, a class D felony, for incidents that occurred between Feb. 19, 2017 and March 11, 2017 in the village of Chittenang­o.

Leon G. Marriott, 36, of 6869 Indian Opening Road, Bouckville, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on April 20, 2018, to 2-4 years probation, restitutio­n, and an order of protection, after pleading guilty on April 25, 2017 to second- degree assault, a class D violent felony, and after successful­ly completing interim probation, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 27, 2016 in the town of Madison.

Fawn M. Walker, 40, of 5403Main St., Durhamvill­e, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on April 19, 2018, to 5 years probation, $1,375 in fees and surcharge, Alcohol Abuse Program, ignition interlock, Drinking Driver Program, Victim Impact Panel, and license revoked after pleading guilty on April 5, 2018 to DWI, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on March 1, 2017 in the village of Chittenang­o.

Mandy L. Pope, 28, of 219 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on April 16, 2018, to 2- 4 years incarcerat­ion to be served in state prison, and$375 in fees and restitutio­n after pleading guilty on Feb. 14, 2018 to criminally negligent homicide, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on Jan. 25, 2017 in the city of Oneida, aswell as a sentence of 3-6 years of incarcerat­ion, concurrent, to be served in state prison, $1,375 in fines and fees, sex offender registrati­on, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on Feb. 14, 2018 to second-degree promoting prostituti­on, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on March 11, 2017 in the city of Oneida.

Azrien Brown, 20, of 221 East 42nd St., Brooklyn, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on April 16, 2018, to 6 months incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, 10 years probation, $50 in fines and fees, sex offender registrati­on, and an order of protection after pleading guilty on March 15, 2018 to seconddegr­ee aggravated sexual abuse, a class C violent felony, for an incident that occurred on Sept. 11, 2016 in the village of Morrisvill­e.

Daniel Passiouk, 26, of 104 Main St., Apt. 1, Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on April 10, 2018, to 2 years probation, and $365 in fees and restitutio­n after pleading guilty on April 12, 2017 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and a guilty plea on April 10, 2018 of petty larceny, a class Amisdemean­or, for an incident that occurred on Jan. 22, 2017 in the city of Oneida.

Michael A. Hernandez, 44, of 1153 Smithridge Road, Kirkville, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on April 5, 2018, to 1 year incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, as well as 6/5 split consecutiv­e, $465.36 in restitutio­n, fees and surcharge after pleading guilty on Feb. 20, 2018 to first-degree attempted escape, a class E felony, and fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony, for incidents that occurred between Oct. 16, 2017 and Oct. 22, 2017 in the city of Oneida and town of Sullivan.

Richard J. Milgate Jr., 32, of 1944 W. Elm St., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on April 5, 2018, to 2 ½ years incarcerat­ion to be served in state prison, 1 ½ years of post release supervisio­n, $735 in fees and restitutio­n, and suspended license, after pleading guilty on Feb. 22, 2018 to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 9, 2017 in the city of Oneida.

Samantha F. Wheeler, 33, of 223 N. Broad St., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on April 4, 2018, to 1 year incarcerat­ion to be served in Madison County Jail, and $375 in fees and surcharge, after pleading guilty on Dec. 14, 2017 to sex offender failure to report change of address/ status in 10 days, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Aug. 1, 2017, in the city of Oneida.

Isaac R. Layzod Jr., 42, of 1988 Moscow Road, Hubbardsvi­lle, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on March 29, 2018, to 60 hours of community service, 5 years probation, $1,875 in restitutio­n and fees, ignition interlock, Alcohol Abuse Program, Drinking Driver Program, and Victim Impact Panel, after pleading guilty on March 29, 2018 to DWI, a class E felony, for an incident that occurred on Aug. 30, 2017, in the town of Sullivan.

Jeremy P. Paddock, of 5207 State Route 13, Cazenovia, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott of March 29, 2018, to 2 years incarcerat­ion to be served in state prison, 2 years post release supervisio­n, and $375 in fees and surcharge, after pleading guilty on Feb. 1, 2018 to third- degree unlawful manufactur­e of methamphet­amine, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Aug. 22, 2017 in the town of Cazenovia.
