Mead, 23, of Oneonta, was charged in Lenox with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a motor vehicle violation, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Tuesday, May 22: Timothy J. Capron, 38, of Eaton, was charged in Eaton with second-degree harassment. Monday, May 14: Samantha A. Gardner, 32, and Joseph Manno, 51, both of Herkimer, were charged in Schuyler with writing a false statement. Monday, Feb. 19: Eligio Jimenez-Correa, 40, Orlando GonzalezRivera, 26, both of Syracuse, and Giovani Ayala-Rodriguez, 27, of Puerto Rico, were charged in Oneida with two counts of seconddegree grand larceny, fourth-degree conspiracy, and coercion. Monday, July 25: Tiasha M. Vallejo, 25, of Syracuse, was charged in Sullivan with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
