Martin, 47, of 119 Will New Blvd., Canastota, was sentencedby Judge Patrick O’ Sullivan on May 17, 2018, to 6 months incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail, 5 years probation, $201 in restitution, fees and surcharge, and an Order of Protection, after pleading guilty on May 17, 2018 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on May 25, 2017 in the Village of Canastota.

Hajdasz, 58, of 513 WillowDrive, Utica, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on May 17, 2018, to 1 year conditional discharge, and $812 in restitution after pleading guilty on May 17, 2018 to three counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor, for incidents that occurred between March 6, 2016 and March 22, 2016 in the Town of Madison.
