Vincent S. Bort, 27, of 343 S. Webber Drive, Chittenango, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on May 17, 2018, to 3 years incarceration to be served in State Prison, 2 years post release supervision, $375 in fees and surcharge, and license suspended after pleading guilty onApril 2, 2018 to second-degree commit unlawful manufacture ofmeth, a class C felony, for an incident that occurred on Aug. 15,2017 in the Village of Chittenango.

Joseph K. Martin, 47, of 119 Will New Blvd., Canastota, was sentencedby Judge Patrick O’ Sullivan on May 17, 2018, to 6 months incarceration to be served in Madison County Jail, 5 years probation, $201 in restitution, fees and surcharge, and an Order of Protection, after pleading guilty on May 17, 2018 to third-degree burglary, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on May 25, 2017 in the Village of Canastota.

ThomasD. Hajdasz, 58, of 513 WillowDrive, Utica, was sentenced by Judge Patrick O’Sullivan on May 17, 2018, to 1 year conditional discharge, and $812 in restitution after pleading guilty on May 17, 2018 to three counts of petty larceny, a class A misdemeanor, for incidents that occurred between March 6, 2016 and March 22, 2016 in the Town of Madison.

KyleAngle, 36, of 452Kendrick Road, Sherburne, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on May 16, 2018, to 2 years probation, $375 in fees and surcharge, and an order of protection, after pleading guilty onMay 18, 2018 to first-degree attempted criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor, for an incident that occurred on Jan. 11, 2017 in the Town of Lebanon.

Jamaal R. Adams, 23, of 3123 Beverly Road, Brooklyn, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on May 14, 2018, to $1,469.01 in restitution and fees, and after successfully completing interim probation pled guilty on May 14, 2018 to seconddegree attempted identity theft, a class A misdemeanor, for incidents that occurred between Nov. 4, 2016 and Nov. 11, 2016 in the Village of Morrisville.

JacobD. Sheets, 26, of 307 Chappell St., Oneida, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott onMay 14, 2018, to incarceration in Madison County Jail as time served, $1,375 in restitution and fees, 3 years probation, license revoked, after completing interim probation and pleading guilty on May 14, 2018 to driving while intoxicated and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, both misdemeanor charges for an incident that occurred on Feb. 5, 2017 in the Town of Sullivan.

Shomari J. Williams, 24, of 143 E. Brighton Ave., Syracuse, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on May 7, 2018, to time served, 5 years probation, $375 in fees and surcharge, and an order of protection, after pleading guilty onDec. 21, 2017 to second-degree attempted robbery, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on May 4, 2017 in the Village of Morrisville.

William Darrow Jr., 37, of 6030 Chamerlain Road, Hamilton, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on May 7, 2018, to 5 years incarceration to be served in state prison, 10 years post release supervision, $375 in fees and surcharge, sex offender reg- istration, and orders of protection after pleading guilty on March 12, 2018 to firstdegree sexual abuse, a class D violent felony, for an incident that occurred on Dec. 12, 2017 in the Town of Hamilton.

Elijah A. Dixon, 33, of 1318 Bellevue Avenue, Syracuse, was sentenced by Judge Dennis McDermott on May 7, 2018, to 2 years incarceration to be served in state prison, 2 years post release supervision, $375 in fees and surcharge, and license suspended, after pleading guilty on March 29, 2018 to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony, for an incident that occurred on Jan. 24, 2018 in theVillageof Chittenango.
