During the ceremony, Noah Langston of Rome led the Pledge of Allegiance. Students and their families heard remarks from board member John Costello, Sr., Assistant Superinten­dent Patricia Vacca, Alternativ­e Education Principal Owen Maranville, High School Coordinato­r Tonia Davis and Director of Alternativ­e and Special Education James Weaver.
