Vernon Center Old Home Day

VERNON » The 41st Vernon Center Old Home Day presented by the Vernon Center United Methodist Women, will hold its annual event on Saturday, Aug. 4, in the Park from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. There will be crafts and collectibles for sale along with a flea market. The parade starts at 9:30 a.m. with entertainment provided by Fritz’s Polka Band at 10 a.m., Double Chase at 12 p.m.; Matthew Aceto at 2 p.m.; and the Nelson Bros. Band at 3:30 p.m. A food court is available including a chili booth, and BBQ chicken. Also, games and rides - kid’s tractor pull; egg toss; balloon walk, bouncy house; and pony rides. Exhibits will be: The VVS FFA Maple Sugar Sap House; Oneida County Dairy Princess; Antique, Classic Car & Tractor Show.
