Close, 19of Oneida, was charged with possession of alcohol while under the age of 21and possession of alcohol in a public place. Tuesday: July 10: Ray J. Kolhepp, 50, no permanent address, was charged with attempted petty larceny. Monday, July 9: Marcus A. Valerino, 28, of Camillus, was charged with seventhdeg­ree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Monday, July 9: Colleen M. Collins, 37, of Syracyse, was three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal impersonat­ion. Monday, July 9: A 17-yearold male was charged with petty larceny. Monday, July 9: A 15-yearold male was issued an appearance ticket for youth court for disorderly conduct. Monday, July 9: Natasha L. Curtis, 25, of Oneida, was charged on a bench warrant alleging she failed to appear on an original petty larceny charge. Monday, July 9: Stephen L. Eaton, 57, of Oneida, was charged on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on an original third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator charge. Sunday, July 8: Robert J. Harney, 27, of Yorkville, was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol more than .08of one percent, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d and operating a vehicle with insufficie­nt lighting. Sunday, July 8: Lindy L. Lamb, 42, of Oneida, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with insufficie­nt lighting.
