Wednesday, Aug. 1: Mark E. Meadows Jr., 18, 546Stone St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for two charges of petty larceny and one count of disorderly conduct. He was also arrested on a separate bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of suspended registration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $125cash or $250bond. Wednesday, Aug. 1: Steven A. Kaczor, 40, 201E. Wilsey, 28, 432 Larchmont Ave., Utica, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Saturday, July 28: Saleena M. Berry, 19, 161Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Saturday, July 28: Lindy L. Lagrange, 42, 214E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree grand larceny, and two counts of third-degree grand larceny.
