Wednesday, Aug. 1: Mark E. Meadows Jr., 18, 546Stone St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear for two charges of petty larceny and one count of disorderly conduct. He was also arrested on a separate bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear on charges of suspended registrati­on, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operation. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $125cash or $250bond. Wednesday, Aug. 1: Steven A. Kaczor, 40, 201E. Seneca St., Sherrill, was charged with failure to use designated lane, uninsured motor vehicle, suspended registrati­on and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Wednesday, Aug. 1: Thomas R. Carroll, 30, 88Livonia Ave., Brooklyn, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Tuesday, July 31: Zachary T. Coonrod, 24, 437Sayles St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Monday, July 30: Christophe­r W. Wilsey, 28, 432 Larchmont Ave., Utica, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Saturday, July 28: Saleena M. Berry, 19, 161Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate lights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Saturday, July 28: Lindy L. Lagrange, 42, 214E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree grand larceny, and two counts of third-degree grand larceny. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Saturday, July 28: Bruce A. Ward, 66, 124William­s St., Oneida, was charged with trespass.
