Thursday, Aug. 9: John A. Durr, 22, of Oneida, was charged with second-degree harassment and seconddegr­ee criminal contempt. Thursday, Aug. 9: Casey C. Wallace, 25, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with seconddegr­ee aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. Tuesday, Aug. 7: Samantha P. Knecht, 23, of Oneida, was charged with petty larceny. Tuesday, Aug. 7: Justin M. Ward, 37, of Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to pay a fine on a previous charge of seconddegr­ee unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Tuesday, Aug. 7: Ryan J. LeClair, 33, of Canastota, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregister­ed motor vehicle. Tuesday, Aug. 7: Rebekah L. Joslyn, 33, Durhamvill­e, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court for a previous charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Tuesday, Aug. 7: Richard R. Coss, 33, of Oneida, was charged with sex offender failure to report a change. Monday, Aug. 6: Mied S. Alnasser, 25, of Rome, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Monday, Aug. 6: James E. Nystrom, 40, no permanent address, was arrested on a Madison County Court bench warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous charge of third-degree attempted burglary. At the time of his arrest, he was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, Aug. 5: Saleena M. Berry, 19, of Munnsville, was charged with petty larceny.

Sunday, Aug. 5: Robert E. Wallace, 21, of Oneida, was charged with petty larceny.

Friday, Aug. 3: Lindy L. Lamb, 43, of Oneida, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Friday, Aug. 3: Heather L. Riley, 44, of Canastota, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court on previous charges of trespassin­g and petty larceny.

Thursday, Aug. 2: Ron M. Bartlett, 32, of Oneida, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous charge of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Thursday, Aug. 2: Marcus A. Valerino, 27, of Camillus, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court for a previous charge of petty larceny.

Tuesday, Aug. 14: Jeffery Quackenbus­h, 26, of Oneida, was charged in Oneida with petty larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree falsifying business records. Sunday, July. 22: Joshua E. Miller, 24, of Blossvale, was charged in Syracuse with driving while intoxicate­d, circumvent­ion of interlock device, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle while under the effects of alcohol, moving from a lane unsafely, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding.
