Tuesday, Aug. 14: Billy Jo L. Collins, 25, no permanent address, was charged with trespassing. Monday, Aug. 13: Richard A. Northrup, 48, of Canastota, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Monday, Aug. 13: Joseph R. Clark, 30, of Vernon Center, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and avoiding a traffic control device. Sunday, Aug. 12: Katrina D. Allen, 23, of Oneida, was charged with seconddegree assault. Saturday, Aug. 11: Rodney L. Ineich, 44, of Syracuse, was arrested on a warrant for failure to report and comply with intermittent incarceration rules for an original petty larceny charge. Saturday, Aug. 11: Charles R. Frank, 40, of Madison, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection and operating a motor vehicle with a false insurance certificate. Friday, Aug. 10: Robert W. Holmes III, 39, of Oneida, was charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespassing. Thursday, Aug. 9: Natalio J. McCormick, 23, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for petty larceny. Thursday, Aug. 9: Robert Beebe, 44, of Constantia, was charged with seconddegree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.
