Thursday, Aug. 16: Anthony R. Geswaldo, 56, of Kirkville, was charged in Sullivan with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, moving from a lane unsafely, driving a motor vehicle with an improper license, operating a motor vehicle without registration, operating a motor vehicle with improper plates, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Thursday, Aug. 16: Abbie A. Feldman, 37, of Cazenovia, was charged in Cazenovia with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Thursday, Aug. 16: Emily M. King, 43, of Brookfield, was charged in Morrisville with fourth-degree grand larceny. Thursday, Aug. 16: Sandra, J.
