WAMPSVILLE, N.Y. » The Commission­ers of Election in Madison County, Laura Costello and Kelley Hood urge Democratic, Women’s Equality, and Reform voters in Madison County to cast their ballots for the upcoming Primaries to be held on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018.

The polls will be open from noon to 9 p.m.

The following is a list of the names of the candidates appearing on the ballots:

Democrats

Governor - Cynthia E. Nixon and Andrew M. Cuomo

Lieutenant Governor - Kathy C. Hochul and Jumaane Williams

Attorney General - Sean Patrick Maloney, Letitia A. James, Leecia R. Eve, and Zephyr Teachout

State Senator 53rd District - Rachel May and David J. Valesky

Assembly Member 121st District - Bill Magee and Dan Buttermann.

Reform and non-enrolled

Attorney General - Nancy B. Sliwa, Mike Diederich, and Christophe­r B. Garvey.

Women’s Equality

State Senator 53rd District - David J. Valesky

In addition, Republican­s in the town of Lenox will vote for highway superinten­dent and the winner of this election will be on the Republican line in November. Town of Lenox Republican voters only for Highway Superinten­dent - 3 year vacancy, Richard Durant and Antonio Tornatore.

The last day to register to be eligible to vote in the Nov. 6 General Election is Oct. 12.
