LaFlair, 36, of Rome, was charged in Rome with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and petty larceny. Saturday, Sept. 1: Trevor J. Nourse, 20, of Cazenovia, was charged in Cazenovia with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content .08of one percent, failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to obey a traffic device and driving alcohol in a motor vehicle. Saturday, Sept. 1: Peyton G. Davie, 23, of Chittenango, was charged in Cazenovia with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content .08of one percent and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Saturday, Sept. 1: Gene A. Kubiak, 43, of Schuyler, was charged in Frankfort for first-degree driving while ability impaired, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle without a license and refusal to take a breath test.

Saturday, Sept. 1: Daniel B. Hutcherson, 28, of Shady Point, Okla., was charged in Winfield for third-degree assault.

Saturday, Sept 1: Dallis M. Durant, 22, of Canastota, was charged in Canastota with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and running a red light.
