Jewell, 34, of Vernon Center, was chargedwit­h seventhdeg­ree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Friday, Sept. 14: Rebecca L. Marris, 36, of Erieville, was chargedwit­h third-degree welfare fraud, third-degree grand larceny, five counts of first-degree filing a false instrument, and two counts of third-degree perjury.
