Burns, 28, of Oneida, was chargedwith petty larceny. Saturday, Sept. 15: Sean P. Obryan, 39, of Smyrna, was chargedwith driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of .08of 1percent of higher, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Friday, Sept. 14: Nicole N. Laufer, 38, of Oneida, was chargedwith two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Friday, Sept. 14: Amber R. Jewell, 34, of Vernon Center, was chargedwith seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Friday, Sept. 14: Rebecca L. Marris, 36, of Erieville, was chargedwith third-degree welfare fraud, third-degree grand larceny, five counts of first-degree filing a false instrument, and two counts of third-degree perjury.
