Friday, Oct. 12: John W. Woodruff Jr., 27, of 427 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with second- degree unlawful imprisonme­nt and fourth- degree criminal mischief.

Thursday, Oct. 11: Joseph F. Kosinski Jr., 41, of 414 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with seconddegr­ee criminal possession of meth manufactur­ing material, fifth-degree conspiracy, seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree manufactur­ing meth, fourth- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held without bail.

Thursday, Oct. 11: Samantha F. Wheeler, 34, of 118 Madison St., Oneida, was charged with seconddegr­ee criminal posses- sion of meth manufactur­ing material, fifth-degree conspiracy, seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third- degree manufactur­ing meth, fourth- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held without bail.

Thursday, Oct. 11: Allen R. Price, 34, of 132 E. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to obey a traffic control device, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Thursday, Oct. 11: Shaela Purcell, 25, of 203 Brooks St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for passing a stopped school bus.

Wednesday, Oct. 10: Joseph R. Clark, 52, of 146 Main St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charged of crim- inal mischief. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was held without bail pending further court action.

Wednesday, Oct. 10: Larry A. Balcom, 33, of 7330 State Route 13, Blossvale, was charged with following too closely and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Wednesday, Oct. 10: Patrick J. Walsh, 29, of 1035 Rocky Road, Oneida, was charged with inadequate muffler and operating with a suspended registrati­on.

Monday, Oct. 8: Brittney M. Flynn, 23, of 35 Crandall Road, Hannibal, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Monday, Oct. 8: Jamie L. McCoppin, 47,of 244 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with second- degree menacing. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizan­ce pending further court action.

Sunday, Oct. 7: Teaija L. Gaut, 37, of 3786 Prospect St., Oneida, was charged with petty larceny. She was also arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of petty larceny and a separate bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court, where she was released on her own recognizan­ce pending further court action.

Sunday, Oct. 7: Michelle M. French, 58, of 227 North St., Oneida, was charged with inadequate stop lamps, suspended registrati­on and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Saturday, Oct. 6: Christophe­r J. Conniff, 45, of 170 Kenwood Ave., Oneida, was charged with speed in excess of 55 MPH, unregister­ed motor vehicle, failed to signal, moving fromlane unsafely, refusal to take a breath screening device, failure to notify DMVof address change, and driving while intoxicate­d. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and held on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

Saturday, Oct. 6: Harry J. Joslyn Sr., 56, of 335 Stone St., Oneida, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerme­nt, endangerin­g the welfare of a child, and two counts of unreasonab­le noise.

Friday, Oct. 5: Stephanie M. Evans, 35, of 2753 Pineridge Road, Canastota, was charged with inadequate tail lamps and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Friday, Oct. 5: David C. Howard Jr., 39, of 329 Williams St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for second-degree harassment.

Thursday, Oct. 11: Ann M. Levy, 50, of Bridgeport, was charged with driving while intoxicate­d, aggravated driving while intoxicate­d, having no license, and moving from lane unsafely.

Wednesday, Oct. 10: Cody A. Burk, 20, of Vienna, was charged in Sylvan Beach with second-degree harassment.

Wednesday, Oct. 10: Donald J. Patsy, 69, of Sylvan Beach, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerme­nt.

Friday, Oct. 5: A 14-yearold from Madison was charged with second- degree aggravated harassment.

Friday, Oct. 5: Richard J. Graves, 31, of McGraw, was charged in Georgetown with driving alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway, driving while intoxicate­d, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent or higher, no license, speeding, and obstructed vision.

Friday, Oct. 5: Dakota E. Sweet, 25, of Hannibal, was charged in Sullivan with third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation, false personatio­n, no license, and an equipment violation.
